Ingornachoix Region: River of Ponds - Eddies Cove West
Ingornachoix, on the west side of Newfoundland's Great Northern Peninsula, has been populated for thousands of years. The rich waters off this coast have supported many different groups of people through the fishery, including those who live here today. Port Saunders is the primary service centre for this region with health care, school and other government services. All of the other communities also have various consumer services available.
